BP SCOTTISH U-21 GIRLS OPEN STROKE-PLAY

ADDITIONAL SCORES AT THE END OF THIS MESSAGE

STEPHANIE AND HEATHER SHARE KIRKCALDY LEAD

The stage is set for a stirring finish to the BP Scottish Under-21 girls' open amateur stroke-play championship at Kirkcaldy Golf Club on Friday.
Only three strokes cover the leading four players going into the third and final round.
Welsh left-hander Stephanie Evans and Heather MacRae (Dunblane New), last year's runner-up after a play-off against San Diego University team-mate Jenna Wilson (Strathaven) are sharing the pole position on four-under-par 140.
Stephanie has shot 71 and 69 while Heather, a past winner of the Scottish Under-18 girls' match-play championship, has carded a pair of 70s.
Curtis Cup reserve Clare Queen (Drumpellier), the first-round leader with a 69, dropped back into third place after a 73 for 142.
Title-holder Jenna Wilson looks certain to be in the last-round shake-up. She is lying handy on four place on 143 after a 72 and 71.
