ENGLISH U-13 & U-15 GIRLS' CHAMPIONSHIPS
HENRIETTA AND KELLY TAKE TITLES
Henrietta Brockway (Yeovil) won the English Under-15 girls' championship at Harrogate - changed to a three-round stroke-play event when continuing bad weather meant the normal match-play format could not be completed.
Henrietta, last year's Under-13 title-winner and good enough to have played for England in the Under-18 girls' home internationals at Strathaven this week, had rounds of 70, 70 and 74 for a final aggregate of 214 - 15 strokes ahead of Gemma Hardie (Forest Pines).
Kelly Tidy (Manchester), the leading qualifier, beat Raphaela Dywer (Hayling) in the final of the Under-13 championship.
