CLARE-MARIE RALLIES FROM THREE DOWN
TO WIN COUNTY TITLE AT EASTWOOD
Scottish girl international golfer Clare-Marie Carlton (Fereneze) won the Renfrewshire girls' championship at Eastwood Golf Club. She beat Megan Briggs (Kilmacolm) at the 19th in the final after being three down at one stage.
In the semi-finals, Clare-Marie beat Victoria McCulloch (Elie & Earlsferry) while Megan beat Jennifer Rossi (Whitecraigs).
