Kate O'Sullivan from Paisley tied for eighth place in the Big South Women's College Championship at Greenwood Country Club, South Carolina.
Kate, a golf scholarship student at High Point University, had rounds of 75, 71 and 78 for a total of 234. Her 71 was the lowest second-round score in the second round.
High Point team-mate Jenna Kinnear from Belfast scored 78, 78 and 79 to finished 10th equal ofn 235.
Line Cordes (Coastal Carolina University) won the tournament by a runaway margin - 10 strokes - with scores of 72, 73 and 71 for level par 216.
Coastal Carolina (906) won the team event from Birmingham Southern (914) with High Point (931) third, 25 shots ahead of fourth-placed Winthrop.
