ANNE LAING BIDS FOR HAT-TRICK
OF TITLES AT CRUDEN BAY

COMPETITORS will tee off mainly in threes at 9min intervals in the first qualifying round of the Scottish women’s amateur championship at Cruden Bay on Tuesday, May 17.
A second qualifying round will be held on the Wednesday. The 32 players with the lowest scratch 36-hole totals will go forward to the championship match-play stages on Thursday, Friday and Saturday. The next best 16 will contest the Clark Rosebowl match-play competition.
Anne Laing (Vale of Leven) will be attempting to win the title for the third time in a row and the fourth in all.
