The Paul Lawrie Schools Team Challenge at Peterculter Golf Club, near Aberdeen on Monday, September 4 is open to all schools in Scotland. Each school can enter a team of three (boys and/or girls) for the 18-hole event in which the Paul Lawrie Trophy goes to the school team (all three scores to count) with the lowest gross aggregate.
The A T Personnel Trophy goes to the school team with the lowest net aggregate.
Tournament organiser is Derek Johnstone of Torry Academy, Aberdeen. Deadline for entries is June 30 and the entry fee, payable by the school, is £21 per team (cheques made payable to Torry Academy).
It is hoped that Paul Lawrie will be available to make the presentations and meet the competitors.
