Scottish Champion Martine Pow from Selkirk, six ahead after two rounds, drew away from the field even further in the British Ladies Mid-Amateur Championship at The Nairn Golf Club for a total of 220 to finish 8 strokes ahead of her nearest rival, Jo Nicolson from Wrexham who had a 75.
Fiona Lockhart (St Regulus), the 2005 Scottish Champion, took third place with a closing 76 for 231 and Cara Gruber from Royal Dornoch was also in the prize list with a 76 for 234. Full scores can be found on the LGU website at http://www.lgu.org.
