LOUISANA PELICAN CLASSIC WINNER
Janell Howland from Boise, Idaho won the US Futures Tour event, the Louisiana Pelican Classic at The Wetlands golf course, for which Vicki Laing and Brenda McLarnon failed to qualify for the final round.
Janell scored 65, 72 and 68 for an 11-under-par total to win the first prize of $10,500 by one stroke.
Runner-up was Mollie Fankhauser from Columbus, Ohio with 72, 68 and 66 for 206.
