CURRY IS HOT STUFF ON SCOTTISH GOLF
UNION JUNIOR TOUR DEBUT


Kilmarnock Barassie member David Curry was called in off the reserve list to make his debut on the Scottish Golf Union Junior Tour at MacDonald Cardona today (Saturday ) – and he headed the field of 39 by two strokes.
David was one of the few who came to terms with the parched, fast-running Peebles course and returned scores of 70 and 73 against the par of 72 and CSS of 73 for a total of 143
Runners-up on 145 were Scotland boys’ cap Mark Bookless (Sandyhills) and Scott Fraser (Royal Aberdeen). Mark had scores of 71 and 74, Scott 74 and 71.
