American Nicole Castrale leads with a 67 by one shot from Brandie Burton, Angela Stanford and Sweden's Karin Sjodin.
World No 1 Lorena Ochoa is sharing 12th place on 70.
Laura Davies had a 74 to be joint 73rd.
