VIKKI TRAILS BY TEN IN FUTURES TOUR MAJOR

Vikki Laing from Musselburgh was in joint 46th position going into the final round of the Michelo Ultra Players' Championship, the only "major" on the US Futures Tour, at Hickory Point Golf Club, Decatur in Illinois.

Vikki had rounds of 71, 75 and 72 for a two-over-par tally of 218 over the 6,594yd, par-72 course.

Sharing the lead on eight-under-par 208 are Onnarin Sattayabanphot from Bangkok and Emily Bastel from Ohio.
