VIKKI JUST MAKES THE NEW HAMPSHIRE CUT

Musselburgh exile Vikki Laing made the 36-hole cut with nothing to spare in the United States Futures Tour's $75,000 USI championship over the Beaver Meadows course at Concord, New Hampshire.
Vikki had rounds of 74 and 75 over the 6,260yd, par-72 course for a five-over-par tally of 149, the limit mark for qualifiers for the final round.
The Scot, in joint 62nd place, is 10 shots behind joint leaders Ji Min Jeong (South Korea) and American Jenny Gleason from Florida.
They are a shot ahead of Allison Fouch from Michigan.
South Wales amateur Natasha Morgan, a student at Lynn University, Boca Raton in Florida, qualified a shot ahead of Vikki Laing on 148 with scores of 72 and 76.
Brenda McLarnon from Belfast and Londoner Polly Willett missed the cut with tallies of 157 and 159 respectively.
After the sweltering humidity of temperatures way up in the 90s for the first round, there was a slight cooling off at a peak of 89 degrees on Saturday.
