BUILDING ON THE SUCCESS OF THE 2008 WOMEN'S WINTER FESTIVAL

The inaugural Hacienda del Alamo Women's Winter Golf Festival, staged in February 2008, was a big success with the competitors.

Now we are planning the 2nd Women's Winter Festival to be staged in February 2009.

It will again be open to Lady Professional and Silver Division Lady Amateurs.

Tournament Controller Colin Farquharson and HDA Director of Golf Billy Sim are weighing up the pros and cons about leaving the two-week programme as it is or fine tuning it after seeing how things went in February.
