Kylie Walker regains D&A title

Kylie Walker (Buchanan Castle) beat defending champion Jill Meldrum (Dullatur) by 8 and 7 in the final of the Dunbartonshire & Argyll women's county golf championship at Douglas Park Golf Club today.
Walker's accurate play enabled her to dominate the match and regain the title she last won in 2006.
County secretary Anne Byiers (Milngavie) won the Bronze Division championship by beating Jacky Sinclair (Hilton Park) 5 and 4 in the final.
