SUSAN JACKSON AND ELAINE MOFFAT
TOP SEEDS FOR FIFE CHAMPIONSHIP


Ladybank’s Susan Jackson and former Scottish champion Elaine Moffat (St Regulus) tied for the top spot in the qualifying round of the Fife women’s county golf championship over the Jubilee Course, St Andrews today.
Both returned two-under-par 72s – against a CSS of 77 – with Susan being declared the No 1 seed and Elaine the No 2 in the match-play stages over the same course on Saturday and Sunday, April 19 and 20.
Susan, who has three of a handicap, won the Coronation Medal for the best net score of 69.
