East girls beat South girls at Minto

East of Scotland beat South in their annual inter-area girls' match at Minto Golf Club, Hawick today.

Although the East girls won 5-3, four of the games finished all square.

Games were played off handicap. Both districts gave some of their younger and less experienced members a chance to play some match-play golf.
