circuit -after a play-off

Channel Islander Olivia Jordan-Higgins, a third-year student at Charleston Southern University, South Carolina, has scored her first win on the United States women's college circuit over her adopted home course in her own university's tournament, the CSU Women's Fall Classic.
Olivia, 20, pictured above, won a play-off against Hannah Coles (Radford University) after they had tied with 36-hole scores of 149 over a par-71 course of 5,898yd.
Both players had rounds of 73 and 76 to finish two ahead of Spaniard, Aruka Felgueroso (Coastal Carolina) (74-77).
Bethune Cookman College's three English-born students all finished inside the top 20.
Emma Taylor from Devon scored 73 and 79 for a share of fourth place on 152.
Fern Grimshaw from Dorset scored 78 and 79 for 157 and joint 12th position.
Hannah Bews, also from Dorset and a recent transfer from Portland State University, had rounds of 79 and 83 for 16th place in a field of 54 players.
Bethune Cookman College is at Daytona Beach.
Thanks to Olivia Jordan-Higgins' effort, Charleston Southern won the team event with a total of 610. They finished four shots ahead of Coastal Carolina (614) with Bethune Cookman College (625) third of the 11 competing teams.
