Cruden Bay win Aberdeenshire Scratch League

Congratulations to Cruden Bay who have won the Golfview Trophy which goes to the champions of the Aberdeenshire Scratch League.

A total of 15 teams took part in the competition with the play-offs being contested by Cruden Bay, Banchory and Aboyne who had all won their sections.

In close-run play-offs all teams had one victory and one defeat.

However, Cruden Bay ran out winners by virtue of number of games won.

This is Cruden Bay’s first victory in this event, which has been running for eight years.
