Kelsey moves up as Holly takes

second-round honours with 67

Scottish Under-21 champion Kelsey MacDonald (Nairn Dunbar), now a student at Stirling University, took over the top Scot spot with a second-round 75 in the Harder Hall Women's Invitational tournament, the first event of the Orange Blossom women's amateur golf tour, at Harder Hall Golf & Country Club, Sebring, Florida.
Kelsey, who also won the Scottish schoolgirls title in 2008, is on 153, 14 shots behind the leader, Amelia Lewis from Jacksonville Florida, with 71 and 68 for five-under-par 139.
Top British player is now 17-year-old England girl international Holly Clyburn (Woodhall Spa) from Cleethorpes, pictured right by Cal Carson Golf Agency, who had the best second-round score of 67 and has jumped up to joint fifth place on 145.
Craigielaw's Jane Turner (Robert Gordon University, Aberdeen) has had a pair of 78s for 156.
Another RGU student, Laura Murray from Alford dropped back with an 80 for 157 while Stirling students Holly Calvert from England and Rachel Cassidy from Dublin both had second-day 80s, Holly for 158 and Rachel for 161.
Rebecca Wilson (Stirling University) from Monifieth had an 85 for 173 and Stirling colleague Harriet Beasley from England scored 90 for 179.
