Rachel wins St. Nicholas Trophy

14 year old Rachel Irvine (Largs) won the Ayrshire Girls' St. Nicholas Trophy over Troon Portland yesterday beating 12 year old Emma Hale (Bentinck Ladies) on the better inward half.   Both girls matched the SSS with nett 75's on a day which started wet but improved later in the afternoon.   Results are as follows:-

Katie McGarva (Troon Ladies)   89 (13) 76

The Pre-handicap girls played the 9 hole Craigend Course.   Results are as follows:-
