Laura Murray and coach Kevin Craggs have a re-think:

Tour School plans put back by twelve months

By COLIN FARQUHARSON
Scotland women's golf amateur international Laura Murray has changed her mind about going to the Ladies European Tour Qualifying School in December.
The 21-year-old from Alford, who has worked as a swimming pool lifeguard since she left Robert Gordon University, is going to have another year on the amateur circuit.
"After much discussion with my coach, Kevin Craggs, we have decided to delay my tour school plans until next year. Kevin brought another perspective to my plans and we decided to build up more of an amateur career before taking the leap into the pro ranks," said Laura.

She intends to keep her game ticking over during the winter months by playing on the weekly North-east Golfers' Alliance circuit alongside male club pros and amateurs.
