Jack Hiluta helps South Alabama to win team title

Jack Hiluta from Chelmsford played his part in South Alabama University's team victory in the Sun Belt Conference tournament over the Robert Trent Jones course at The Shoals, Alabama this week.

Jack, pictured right, finished joint sixth in a field of 60 players with scores of 73, 73 and 71 for a total of one-over-par 217 over the 7171yd (par 72) course.

Winner was Oscar Zetterwall (New Orleans) with scores of 71, 66 and 71 - five shots clear of runner-up Rodolfo Cazaubon (North Texas) (72-73-68)

South Alabama (872) won the team award from Middle Tennessee (878) and New Orleans (879) in a field of 12 squads.
