Eilidh equalled sister Megan's Kilmacolm
record and brought her handicap down to
scratch .... the same as Megan
Renfrewshire county champion Eilidh Briggs, who was unable to play in the Scottish women's championship this past week because of exams, was able to play in her club medal over Kilmacolm instead with a round that suggests she would have made her mark at Craigielaw had she been in the field!
Eilidh have a gross 67 - five under the Standard Scratch - a score that equals the Kilmacolm women's course record held by her older sister Megan.

Eilidh, pictured, has reduced her handicap to scratch, the same as Megan, so some keen family competition over the season ahead to see who is the first to come down to +1.
Eilidh beat Clare-Marie Carlton 5 and 4 in the Renfrewshire final to follow in her sister's footsteps as county champion. Clare-Marie Carlton was a semi-finalist in the "Scottish" at Craigielaw this week.Labels: Amateur Ladies
