England girls’ teams selected for major internationals

NEWS RELEASE ISSUED BY ENGLISH WOMEN'S GOLF ASSOCIATION
The England girls’ teams have been selected for two major international events of the season.
The team of four for the European girls’ team championship at Aalborg Golf Club, Denmark, from 6-10 July, will be captained by Faye Sanderson (Heworth).
The players are:
Heidi Baek (Felixstowe Ferry), Alex Peters (Notts Ladies), Lauren Taylor (Woburn), Kelly Tidy (Royal Birkdale). Reserves: Elizabeth Mallett (Sutton Coldfield Ladies’) and Emily Taylor (Royal Lytham and St Annes)
The team for the Girls’ Home Internationals at Bangor Golf Club, Northern Ireland, from 4-6 August, will also be captained by Faye Sanderson.
The players are:
 Heidi Baek (Felixstowe Ferry), Hayley Davies (Ferndown), Brontë Law (Bramhall), Elizabeth Mallett (Sutton Coldfield Ladies’), Alex Peters (Notts Ladies’), Emily Taylor (Royal Lytham and St Annes), Lauren Taylor (Woburn), Kelly Tidy (Royal Birkdale). Reserve: Georgia Hall (Ferndown).
