May Hughes wins West veterans' championship final

May Hughes (Lanark), on the right, beat Alex Glennie (Kilmarnock Barassie), left, by one hole in the final of the West of Scotland veterans' championship at Renfrew Golf Club.
Alex went two up after three holes and four up after six but May hit back by winning five holes in a row to be up on the 12th tee. May won the title by taking the 18th hole.
