Blairgowrie's Junior Scratch League team - Robert Vilimars, Bradley Neil Connor Neil, Craig Robertson and Fergus Sandison. The match was played from the white tees on Gleneagles' PGA Centenary Course which was in excellent condition with the greens running very true and very fast.
The match was against Milnathort, the other dominant junior team in Perth and Kinross. Blairgowrie won by 3 1/2 to 1 1/2.
Craig Robertson was beaten 5 and 4 by Peter Henderson ; Bradley Neil, playing lead man, was four down to Thomas White with four to play and halved the match on the last with fantastic eagle pitch from just off the green.
Connor Neil won by 5 and 4 against Callum Graham; Robert Vilimars won by 2 and 1 against Russell Malcolm. Fergus Sandison also won by 2 and 1 against Sam Craigon.
