TOURNAMENT CONTROLLERThe 2011 Festival is open to all Lady/Girl Amateur Golfers holding a current official playing handicap up to a maximum of 36.

Entry for each Tournament is limited to a maximum of 80 players, on a ‘first come, first served’ basis, although a ballot (by handicap) will be used in the case of over-subscription.
Both Murcia Ladies and Girls Open and Hacienda Del Alamo Ladies and Girls' Open Tournaments will be played in categories.
Depending on the level of entries, the potential categories will be, Senior Ladies, Ladies, Under 16s and Under 18s, with scratch and handicap medal play, plus Stableford format for players with handicaps 18 and above.




ITINERARY


Saturday, February 19
Pairs Competition in conjunction with Hacienda Members.
Entry Fee - 55 euros per pair.
Evening function and entertainment at Clubhouse.


Sunday, February 20
Official Practice Day including free practice round.
Welcome reception for all at Clubhouse.


Monday, February 21 and Tuesday, February 22
MURCIA LADIES AND GIRLS' OPEN
36 hole, 2 day, Singles Tournament.
Ladies/Seniors Entry Fee - 65 euros per player.
Girls (under 18) Entry Fee - 50 euros per player.
Evening function and entertainment at Spaniard Inn.


Wednesday 23rd - Rest Day.


Thursday 24th, Friday 25th and Saturday 26th
HACIENDA DEL ALAMO LADIES and GIRLS' OPEN.
54 hole, 3 day, Singles Tournament.
Ladies/Seniors Entry Fee - 85 euros per player.
Girls (under 18) Entry Fee - 70 euros per player.
Cocktail Prize Presentation at Clubhouse.


Entry Fees include - Free Range Balls, Practice Round, Welcome Reception,
Tournament Rounds with support of Tournament Staff,
Free use of manual trolleys, Cocktail Presentation with high value Trophies/Prizes, plus preferential rates on buggies, electric trolleys, and additional golf for partners.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
All entrants to the 2011 Festival (and their guests) are responsible for arranging their own flights, transport, transfers, and accommodation.
Preferential rates and special offers are now available for those booking accommodation on the Hacienda Del Alamo Resort.
