Claire Hargan "Leading Lady" at Scottish Golf Writers' Tournament

SLGA Tournament Officer Claire Hargan won the "Leading Lady" guest first prize in today's Scottish Golf Writers' and Guests' Championship which was reduced to nine holes when the early morning frost did not lift until 11am at the Mar Hall Hotel golf course, Bishopton near the Erskine Bridge.

West of Scotland golf webmaster Carol Fell (Ranfurly Castle) finished second and Sheila Hartley, the SLGA company secretary, third. All three were playing in the annual event for the first time.

Claire and Sheila also won prizes as members of the teams which finished second and third respectively.
