Eilidh Briggs West girls champion for third year in row

Eilidh Briggs (Kilmacolm), already winner of the Renfrewshire women's county championship earlier this season, has won the West of Scotland girls title by beating Linsey Stevenson (Whitecraigs) 6 and 5 in the final over Troon Portland.
It is the third year in a row that Eilidh has won this title, equalling the record of Lesley Hendry.
