Bronte Law, winner of the recent SLGA Under-16 girls championship at Strathmore, holed her tee shot at the fifth hole (134yd) on the Royal Troon links today in the final round of the Helen Holm Scottish women's open amateur stroke-play championship.
Bronte, 16, from the Bramhall club south of Manchester, started the chilly day in joint fifth place on five-under-par 145.
She finished sharing 11th place after a 77 for 222.
"I used an eight iron for my ace - and it was the fourth time I've had a hole in one," said Bronte.
