ROUND-UP OF NEWS FROM US WOMENS' COLLEGE EVENTS

Harriet Owers-Bradley from Nottingham, a student at Yale University, finished seventh in a field of 35 players at the Ivy League Women's Championship at Atlantic City Country Club, Northfield in New York State.
Harriet, pictured, had rounds of 77, 77 and 74 for a total of 228 over the par-72, 6,106yd course.
Her effort helped Yale Univesity win the team title by four shots from Harvard with Princeton a further three shots back in third place in a field of seven teams.

LIZ, KIM TOP 20 AT PINEHURST 6
Old Dominion University, Norfolk in Virigina students Liz Haycock from Moseley, Birmingham, Emma Gilmore from Moylough, Ireland, and Derbyshire's Kim Bradbury finished 18th, tied 19th and tied 35th in a field of 50 players for the Colonial Athleic Association Women's Championship over the Pinehurst No 6 course in North Carolina.
Charlotte Guilleux (Georgia State) won the individual title with a total of six-over-par 222 over a par-72, 6,002yd course. She had rounds of 75, 75 and 72 to win by one shot.

Liz Haycock, pictured left, scored 78, 74 and 83 for 235; Emma 80, 83 and 74 for 239, and Kim 83, 80 and 84 for 235.
North Carolina-Wilmington (917) won the team title from Georgia State (922). Old Dominion (933) finished fifth of 10.

TOP 20 FINISHBY EMMA CLEGG IN ILLINOIS

Emma Clegg (Missouri State), pictured right, from Clitheroe, Lancashire, tied for 14th place in a field of 50 players at the State Farm MVC Championship at Weibring Golf Club, Normal in Illinois.
Emma scored 79 and 76 for 155 over par-71 course of 5,943yd.
She finished 11 shots behind the winner by one shot, Brianna Cooper (Illinois State) (74-70 for 144).
Illinois State (597) won the team title from Wichita State (616) with Missouri State (617) third of 10.

HANNAH LOVELOCK MAKES TOP 20 IN BIG 12
CHAMPIONSHIP

Hannah Lovelock (Missouri), pictured left, from Surrey gained a top-20 finish in a field of 60 at the Big 12 Women's Championship at Club at Old Hawthorne, Columbia in Missouri.
Hannah's rounds of 71, 74 and 78 for a total of 223 over a par-72, 6234yd course, earned her a share of 18th place behind the winner by five strokes, Madison Pressel (Texas) (71-66-71).
Nicola Race (Missouri) finished 27th on 225 with three rounds of 75. Nicola is an Essex girl.
Ami Storey from Ponteland, a student a Kansas State University, finished joint 28th on 226 with improving scores of 79, 74 and 73.
Texas (872) won the team title from rivals Texas A and M (875) with Missouri (880) third of 12.

Welsh junior cap Natasha Gobey, a student at Toledo University, finished joint 29th in a field of 45 players a the MAC Women's Championship at Longaberger Golf Club, Nashport, Ohio.
Natasha scored 83, 80 and 83 for a total fo 246 over a par-73 course of 6073yd.
Winner by seven strokes with rounds of 72, 73 and 71 for 216 was Sarah Johnson (Eastern Michigan).
Kent State (916) won the team title ahead of Eastern Michgan (928) with Ball State (939) third of nine teams.
