HOLIDAY TIME - NORMAL SERVICE RESUMED ON APRIL 15
Colin Farquharson is now on holiday on the Algarve - no thanks to Jet2.com whose scheduled 7.30am Saturday flight from Edinburgh to Faro did not take off until 9am and then took the best/worst part of four hours for a flight that normally takes a lot less.
On top of that, just as we were landing at Faro, we, the paying passenges, were let into the "secret" - most of our suitcases had been left at Edinburgh Airport for "operational reasons," whatever that means.
Our suitcases did not arrive at Vilamoura until 12.45 am Sunday!
The moral of this story is - DON'T TRAVEL BY Jet2.com
Between now and April 15, our updating service will continue but on a limited basis. Please be patient. Fourteen days is not a long time - unless you fly by Jet2.com
