Left to right, with the Nairn clubhouse in the background, and the Curtis Cup trophy held prominently are Gillian Stewart, Maureen Madill and Mary McKenna.
Picture and words supplied by Sandra Ross, the former Northern Counties team player and member of Nairn Golf Club.
"This photograph was taken recently when Maureen Madill and Mary McKenna were up in Nairn.
"Gillian Stewart had asked them up and they played golf at Castle Stuart and also Nairn.
"Obviously it was a great chance for a photo which they were delighted to pose for before we played golf and you can see by their hair how windy it was!
"At Nairn it was the amateurs (Ross and McKenna) versus the professionals (Stewart and Madill) and we lost 3 and 1, having been given four shots for me and two bisks for Mary."
