Top seed Lynne Fenton (Carnoustie Ladies) will meet clubmate Ailsa Summers in the first semi-final of the Angus women's county golf championship at Panmure Barry Golf Club next Sunday (May 8). They are the two highest seeds left in the championship following the first round defeat in the morning of No 2 qualifier Jackie Brown (Monifieth) by Fran Millar (Carnoustie Ladies) and today's (Sunday) quarter-final defeat of Jessica Meek by another Carnoustie Ladies member, Claire Penman.
