FIFE WOMEN'S COUNTY CHAMPIONSHIP MATCH-PLAY AT DRUMOIG

The morning match-play games were played in breezy and sunny conditions

Lauren Whyte (6) (St Regulus) bt Jocelyn Mackie (11) (Ladybank) 3 and 2.

The afternoon quarter-finals played in cold, windy and very wet conditions

QUARTER-FINALS
Kenney bt Jackson 8 and 7.
Louise, whose short game was excellent, had five birdies in the first nine holes. Susan, having putted well in the morning, just couldn't hole a putt in the afternoon.
Ford bt Moffat 1 hole
A very tight match with Dorothy holing out well to win.
Hanlon bt Whyte 3 and 1
Another very tight match from our 'youngsters' with Rachel playing 'mistake free' golf
Bennett bt Hastie at 20th
Nip and tuck with only one hole in it all the way. Lorna won with a par at the 20th hole.

Well done to all the quarter finalists, who were all very cold and wet at the finish.
