JUST CHAMPION! That's Nicola Robertson (Dunblane) with the P and K trophy

Junior member Nicola Robertson (Dunblane) is the new Perth and Kinross women's county champion.
Nicola, who was No 4 of the 16 qualifiers for the match-play stages at Crieff, beat Jillian Milne (Craigie Hill), the No 6 seed, by 3 and 2 in the final.
She was round in level par with a performance that included three birdies - great for match-play!
No wonder the P and K officials are delighted that they have uncovered another star in the making with the North Division jamboree coming up soon at Inchmarlo Golf Club, Banchory.
Morag Penny (Crieff) won the handicap title by beating Helen Payne (Milnatort) by 3 and 2 in the final.
