STEPHANIE MEADOW NOW RANKED No 13 IN THE WORLD

Fifteen-year-old Charley Hull (Woburn), beaten at the 19th in yesterday's English women's amateur championship final, went up six places to No 19 - and that was before her fine performance at West Sussex.
New Zealanders Lydia Ko and Cecilia Cho, will be playing in the Astor Trophy matches at Fairhaven GC, Lancashire next month, are still Nos 1 and 2 in the rankings.
Leona Maguire (Slieve Russell), 16-year-old twin from Ballyconnel, Co Cavan, is No 8 and Stephen Meadow No 13.
Charley Hull is No 19 and Leona's twin, Lisa, is No 20.
They are the only British and Irish players in the top 20 of the Women's World Amateur Rankings at the moment.
Astor Trophy GBandI team Scots Pamela Pretswell (Bothwell Castle) and Kelsey MacDonald (Nairn Dunbar) are ranked No 24 and No 43 respectively.

Stephanie Meadow's latest victory on the US women's college circuit has seen her break into the top 20 of the Women's World Amateur Rankings for the first time.

The only other Scots in the world's top 500 going into this coming week's 97th Scottish women's amateur championship at Machrihanish are Louise Kenney (Pitreavie), beaten by Kelsey in last year's final at Craigielaw, at No 201; Jane Turner (Craigielaw) at No 232 and Rachael Watton (Mortonhall) at No 334.
+Neither Pamela Pretswell nor Sally Watson is available to play in next week's "Scottish."
