KATE McINTOSH IS EAST OF SCOTLAND GIRLS' CHAMPION

Kate McIntosh (Broomieknowe) is the new East of Scotland girls golf champion. In this afternoon's final at Kirkcaldy golf club, Kate beat Gabrielle Macdonald (Craigielaw) by 2 and 1. In the semi-finals Gabrielle beat Alison Goodwin, (Glenbervie) at the 22nd and Kate beat Sophie Maguire (St Regulus) by 7  and  6.
