Meg Sievwright has broken the Buckpool course record twice with the space of seven days and also become Keith Golf Club's women's champion for a remarkable 30th time.
The 46-year-old, a long-standing member of both Buckpool and Keith clubs, who now lives in Buckie broke the old course record by two shots when she carded a 69 playing in the President's Prize.
That was merely an appetiser as a week later Meg went on to shave a further three strokes off the record with a bogey-free 66 which included five birdies.
Meg said: "I broke the record of 71 previously held by Linda Smith with a 69 and then a week later I was thrilled to shoot a 66 with nothing other than 3s and 4s on my card.
"That was the best golf I've ever played. It was a great day and my new clubs, which I only got the week before, worked wonderfully well,.
"I have been golf for 35 years and that round is probably the highlight of my career alongwith winning the Keith women's club championship for a 30th time, again last week."
She added: "I have won the Keith title so many times now but, for the first time, I did get a wee bit emotional as my five-month old grand-daughter, Lola, was waiting to meet me when I came off the course."
