RACHEL WALKER WINS DUMFRIES-SHIRE SCRATCH SALVER

The Dumfries-shire women's county championship was played in wet conditions and thunder in the afternoon. There were some good scores but unfortunately some of the girls could not go through to the match-play stages.
The winner of the scratch salver was Rachel Walker (Dumfries and County) with a 72 (net 68 off 4) but she is unavailable for the match-play. Jordana Graham who had 77 (net 75) was the leading qualifier.
Emma Greenlees (Dumfries and Galloway) had an 81 (net 76) but she too is unavailable.
Helen Kerr (Dumfries and Galloway) had an 82 (net 71).
Fiona Allison (Dumfries and County) won the handicap salver with a net 65 off 17.
