Local boy Danny Cowe wins Paul Lawrie Foundation event at Inverallochy

This past weekend's final tour event headed to sunny Inverallochy and the competitors took advantage of the unusually calm conditions. Local boy Danny Cowe won with 40 points, a single point ahead of Hazlehead's Jasmine MacIntosh and two ahead of Marc Watt and Jack Chalmers.
The order of merit proved a big talking point on Sunday and Ross Cooper was not overtaken at the top. Congratulations to Ross on winning this year's order of merit.
Everyone in the order of merit table will be invited to the Finals Day Pro Am at Newmachar on 25th September with the top three getting to play with Paul Lawrie at the event.
