MIDLOTHIAN NAME NEW FACES FOR COUNTY FINALS

The selection committee are pleased to announce the team for the Scottish County Finals which are being held at Dumfries and County from September 16-18. Midlothian will play Ayrshire on the Friday, Perth and Kinross on the Saturday and Dumfriesshire on the Sunday.
Unfortunately, we are losing three of our team who got us to the finals. Rachael Watton has left for the USA on a four-year golf scholarship, Louise Fraser is heading Down Under for a long planned trip, and Claire Hargan, in her role as SLGA Championship Manager, is responsible for running the finals. However we do have great replacements. Kirsten Blackwood (Glencorse), pictured, returns to the team and both Linda Bain (Lochend) and Sal Shepherd (Craigmillar Park) come into the team for the first time.
