ENGLAND HEAD FOR WOMEN'S HOME INTERNATIONALS TITLE

England moved closer to winning the Women's Home Internationals title for the first time since Dunbar was the venue in 2007 when they took a 2 1/2-0 1/2 lead over Ireland in the final-day foursomes at sunny Hillside Golf Club, Lancashire.
England have already beaten first Wales and then Scotland, both by 6-3 margins.
Scotland were in danger of losing a foursomes session 3-0 for the second day in a row until Louise Kenney and Kelsey MacDonald won the final foursome against Wales on the 18th green.
Wales had won the first two foursomes.

Charlotte Ellis and Charlotte Wild halved with Gillian O'Leary and Charlene Reid.
Bronte Law and Georgia Hall bt Lisa Maguire and Paula Grant 2 holes.
Lauren Taylor and Kelly Tidy bt Louise Coffey and Karen Delaney  1 hole.

WALES lead SCOTLAND 2-1

FOURSOMES
Amy Boulden and Becky Harries bt Pamela Pretswell and Alyson McKechin 3 and 2.
Chloe Williams and Katie Bradbury bt Jane Turner and Rebecca Wilson 6 and 4.
Katherine O'Connor and Lucy Gould lost to Louise Kenney and Kelsey MacDonald 1 hole.
