GIBSON CUP FOURSOMES ENTRY DEADLINE IS SEPTEMBER 7

GIBSON CUP IN EDINBURGH ON OCTOBER 1 and 2 

For the attention of lady golfers wanting to play foursomes golf over the Braid Hills Golf course, Edinburgh on  October 1 and 2  - this year's Gibson Cup closing date for entries is  rapidly approaching but there is still time to get an entry in. If you wish to enter then email Anne Brownie ( apbrownie@blueyonder.co.uk  )   by 7^th September to obtain an e.entry form.

For those of you who haven't played in the Gibson Cup before, or haven't played in it for a while, this is a great opportunity to play the Braids golf course in an enjoyable foursomes competition which is sponsored by the Ladies Golf Centre, Edinburgh. A foursomes medal round on Saturday 1st October is followed by matchplay on Sunday 2nd for successful competitors whose Saturday scores qualify. All other competitors are eligible for the Consolation Salver  (a foursomes Stableford) held on the Sunday morning.

NB Open to lady and girl golfers with handicaps of up to 30; entry fee is £24 which covers 2 rounds of golf. More information on format available from Anne Brownie.
