EUROPEAN SENIOR WOMEN - in Bulgaria
FINAL - France 3, Spain 2
THIRD PLACE PLAY-OFF - Germany 3, Sweden 2
None of the home countries (Scotland, England, Ireland, Wales) competed in either championship due to economic reasons. They say they can afford to play only every second year as the European Golf Association agreed to stage the championships ... before changing their mind and reverting to every year.
