ANDREW CARRELL WINS SPENCE TROPHY AT PETERCULTER

Andrew Carrell, playing the semi-final and final over his home course at Peterculter GC, won the Aberdeen and District boys' match-play championship for the Spence Trophy.
Buit Ross Anderson (Stonehaven) made a terrific fight of it in the final. It was only at the 19th that Carrell prevailed.
