ANOTHER TOP-10 FINISH BY ANNA CARLING IN BLUE RAIDER INVITE

Vale of Glamorgan's Anna Carling (Arkansas State University) achieved her second straight top-10 finish with a T5 placing in the 54-hole Blue Raider Invitational women's college tournament at the Old Fort Golf Club, Murfreeboro, Tennessee this week.
Over a par-72 course of 6,203yd, Anna, pictured left, shot three steady rounds of 74-74-75 for a seven-over total of 223.
She finished only four shots behind the winner, Karissa Akin (Middle Tennessee State) who scored 75-72-72 for 219 and finished two ahead of the field of 78 players.
Middle Tennessee State (886) won the team title ahead of Lamar University (900) with Arkansas State (908) third of 13 teams
