FRAZER OGSTON FINISHES 12th DEEP IN THE HEART OF TEXAS

 

Frazer Ogston from St Andrews, a third-year student at Texas Wesleyan University, Fort Worth, finished 12th in a field of 70 at the Northwood Fall Shootout college golf tournament at Tangle Ridge Golf Club, Grand Prairie, Texas this week.

Frazer had rounds of 72, 77 and 73 for a total of 222 over a par-72 course of 6,835yd. He finished 18 shots behind the runaway winner, Chase Lindsey (Oklahoma Baptist University) who scored 64, 69 and 71 for a brilliant total of 12-under-par 204, finishing six shots clear of the field.

Ogston's effort helped Texas Wesleyan (883) finish second behind Our Lady of the Lake University (881) in a field of 12 teams.
