KIRSTY RANDS JOINT FOURTH IN BETTIE LOU EVANS INVITATIONAL

Kirsty Rands from Surrey and a student at Augusta State University finished a close-up fourth of 90 players in the Bettie Lou Evans Fall Invitational at University Club of Kentucky, Lexington.

Kirsty, pictured, had scores of 80, 73 and 77 for a total of 230 over a par-72 course of 6,360yd.

She finished five shots behind the winner, Ashleigh Albrecht (Kentucky) who scored 78, 73 and 74 for 225 in a high-scoring tournament which suggests the weather was not all that great.
Stephanie Gough from Aylesbury, a student a Middle Tennessee State University, finished joint 85th on 261, made up of scores of 91, 86 and 84.
