HEATHER AND PAMELA BEAT THE PARIS CUT

Heather MacRae and Pamela Feggans survived the second-round cut but fellow Scots Gemma Webster and Katy McNicoll failed to make it through to Saturday's final round of the Ladies European Tour developmental circuit's Trophee Prevens at Golf de Bussy, Guermantes, near Paris.
Macrae scores 72 and 74 to be lying joint 21st of 146. Feggans is joint 23rd on 147 with rounds of 72 and 75.
To qualify for the third and last round, players had to score 148 or better.
Webster (78-72) and McNicoll (76-74) both failed on 150 although McNicoll will be kicking herself all the way back to Carnoustie after finishing bogey-double bogey.
Marieke Nivard (Netherlands) (68-68) and France's Elena Giraud (67-69) are joint leaders by four strokes on 136.
Both the overnight leaders, Henrietta Zuel (England) and Melodie Bourdie (France), suffered a severe and sudden loss of form. Henrietta slumped from 66 to 75 for 141 while Melodie went from an opening 66 to a second-day 76 for 142. That's golf for you. Just when you think you've got it mastered, BANG! You're back down to earth.
